Coffee 101
Most college students, if they were not already, quickly become well-acquainted with coffee. The caffeine is great for early-morning classes or late-night study sessions, and that toasty travel mug can help keep you warm on cold morning walks to class.
Most people either love coffee or hate it. I admit that it is something... [More]

The College Diet
I think it is safe to assume that college students are not the healthiest eaters. As much as some may try, many find it difficult to balance their class load with extracurricular activities and their social life. Given that all these things are true, I think the best solution is a balance between working out and indulging in unhealthy foods every one and a while.

Seeing shows like So You Think You Can Dance make me incredibly proud but also jealous. The talent those dancers have is unreal, what I wouldn't give to have it. Here is a video that makes me proud of dancers.

Natural Hair in the Workplace
I am the only African American in the office. I'm not treated any differently from anyone else. No one makes slick "black" jokes towards me. Or think that just because of my race, I know the lyrics to every rap song. All in all, my workplace is non-biased and fair. I'm sure my co-workers notice my skin color, but they don't make mention of it and neither do I. But today, I thought that things may... [More]
