The ZOI is proud to provide two very unique internship opportunities for our amazing Greek communities. We have internships in both the summer and school year. They range from sales/advertising, web-marketing, to creative writing. Keep reading to find out more!

Our ZOBA (ZOI On-campus Brand Ambassador) program is comprised of two, semester-long internships that work together to create a truly unique Greek online community made by Greeks, for Greeks.
ZOBA Writer (ZOBA*w) Job Description
This internship is perfect for those of you with a passion for writing! You will be responsible for daily blogging and article submissions that will be published on local homepages for thezoi.com, nationwide in the Greek lifestyle area of the website and perhaps even within the printed directory for nationwide distribution. You'll write on topics including arts, entertainment, pop culture, sports, health, Greek life, travel and more. This is a great way to get published, build a portfolio, and get creative on a daily basis!

ZOBA Marketer (ZOBA*m) Job Description
This year we are offering TWO levels of commitment for the marketing internship:
1. ZOBA*m Semester Internship – This is our standard semester long internship which allows you to dive deeper into marketing concepts and become involved in all facets of the internship.
2. ZOBA*m Consultant – This is “project based” internship. Maybe you have a high level of previous commitments but want to give back to the Greek system, are interested in marketing and would like to make some extra cash. We will contact you with each new project and you decide if it works for you!

Either way, you will actively and aggressively promote The ZOI brand via social networks, word-of-mouth, student activity boards, email, guerilla marketing and more. Increase brand awareness through distribution of the FREE ZOI Discount Card and The ZOI Greek Directory. Plus, make contacts in the business community while promoting our newest product…our Mobile App for iPhone, Blackberry and Google phones!

All ZOI interns are trained during a four-day, expenses paid training conference. We take care of your airfare (if applicable), accommodations and meals, while you learn the business of advertising sales. Students from all over the country attend this conference. This will be a great learning experience and resume builder. Obviously, you will also enjoy your time making friends and learning about the business!
