Oh, How Quickly We Forget...

Chris Brown is back, whether you like it or not.

Apparently it's excusable to beat up women, as Chris Brown is currently proving by having the 26th most popular song on iTunes right now, as well as the most played music video on Mtv.com. Ps, it was only released today.

I mean, to be completely honest, I'm not exactly objecting his music (hellooooo: when Weezy is involved, anything can be good.) I am, however, objecting him. He beat up Ri-Ri; therefore, he sucks.

What's even more troubling is how this confirms what we already knew about our society: that a celebrity is aloud to go nuts, and after a few minutes of "reflecting," can still be legit.

Hm, wait. He did post a really heartfelt public apology online a few months ago... Oorrr was that just him regurgitating rehearsed lines, that his lawyer wrote, back to all of us "adoring fans?"

You make the call.

Whatever the case, I said it once, and I'll say it again... Chris Brown is back in action, and with his shirt off in his new video, dancing the way he can - I'm pretty sure his 12-year-old groupies will keep him in business. (And let's be real...probably more than a few of us college folk, too.)

Oh well, at least I can expect to get a good pregaming song, or twenty, out of the guy...
But don't think I'll be paying for it. Um, Limewire? I'm just saying, it's what he deserves.
