Bring Out the Sweat Pants!

It's that time again. No, not Christmas. I'm talking about that time when the library is full, the Jittery Joe's coffee shop down the street is packed and all the girls on campus seem to have forgotten to wear makeup and blow dry their hair.

Yes, it's finals time.

Finals come twice a year, and trust me, we don't miss them once they're gone. In fact, we try and avoid even the mentioning of the word. Other words and phrases related to finals that follow with a shriek include (but are not limited to): cumulative, 40% of your grade, impossible and three hours long.

Well, with only three (noncumulative) final exams this year, I have it much easier than most. One of my friends has five exams total, three being cumulative. That's rough.

As you begin the dreaded event known as final exam studying, I hope you maintain a positive attitude and remind yourself that it will soon be over.
