Oh, To Be A Celebrity

Wouldn't it be nice to be a celeb?  Free designer clothes, random vacations to various beach locations, earning money by showing up at a club, that is a great a deal, in my point of view.  It must be tough to be Lindsay Lohan.  A recent article highlighted on MSN quotes her as saying "Rehab was like a vacation". Wow.

I am just curious how much recovering actually could have been done at a fancy beach resort where you lounge around all day. It's no wonder celebrities have to enter rehab more than once.  Rehab is a serious institution and I think that celebrities do not take it seriously.  People have to go through a lot of work to "get clean" and overcome addictions.  It seems to me as though celebs do not take their problems seriously.  I understand that celebrities are in the spotlight and every aspect of their lives is blown out of proportion, but they should be setting good examples for the people of the world.
