A Visit From a Field Consultant

This week we have a field consultant visiting us from our Nationals.  We have been preparing for her visit for some time now; we all had these scary images in our mind of who she would be.  Each officer had a one on one interview with her  to discuss our positions and she provided us with suggestions she thought that we should be doing.  It was kind of intimidating to have her asking us about what we have done for our position and continuously taking notes on her computer.  It never feels good to have the person who decides whether or not you keep your charter typing away.

We did plenty of cleaning for her arrival and all took special precautions to ensure we were on our best behavior.  It is nerve-racking waiting to find out what she is going to say in our wrap-up session tomorrow after we have tried so hard to make her stay as enjoyable as possible.  Hopefully her thoughts will positively reflect all of the work we have been putting in to improve our chapter.
