Lindsay Lohan tries to sue E*Trade for $100 million

During the Superbowl, E*Trade, the popular online stock management website, had a commercial with three babies. In this commercial, one of the babies asks another if "that milkaholic Lindsey is over there?"

Breaking news is that Lindsay Lohan has filed a lawsuit against the company for $100 million because they allegedly degraded her with the commercial. ...I'm dead serious.

According to the huffingtonpost.com, Lohan's lawyer is trying to assert that the name Lindsay is as recognizable as Oprah or Madonna in that in hearing it, everyone would automatically think of Lindsey Lohan.

Is this chick crazy?


Yahoo.com writes that Lohan's lawyer has said, "They're using her name as a parody of her life. Why didn't they use the name Susan? This is a subliminal message. Everybody is talking about it and saying it's Lindsay Lohan."

Note to the lawyer: If you are trying to make the claim that when the name 'Lindsay' is uttered that everyone automatically knows who it is...then why at the end of previous rant did you claim that "everyone is talking about it and saying it's Lindsay Lohan?" That's right, they included her last name.

Secondly...why is Lindsay pissed about being called a milkaholic?

Third...I hope the judge sues Lindsay Lohan for even pulling this stupid stunt. Everyone knows you are broke...at least be classy.
